FWD SPRING division contests CANCELLED

April 27, 2020 — Although the FWD was able to get out of many of the financial obligations we had pre-paid for the contest, the FWD is still facing a shortage of money compared to the successful balances we used to enjoy. The FWD is committed to supporting chapter, chorus and quartet musical achievements, and providing educational services, leadership and assistance to members and chapters. We are unable to credit what you’ve paid for the cancelled Spring events towards the Fall registrations. Our systems just can’t do that, so we’re going to propose to you an opportunity to help the FWD by donating those registration fees to the District. You may:

  1. Donate all, half, or any other amount to support the programs of the Far Western District. Any portion not donated will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  2. Request a refund of the full amount to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, please indicate that on the refund request so you may be issued a refund in another form.

We’re sure many of us are financially hurting, so if you need a refund, we’ll happily send it your way. If, on the other hand, you are comfortable and generous enough to donate the registration fee to the FWD, it will be appreciated and you’ll get a receipt for your tax-deductible donation to our non-profit organization.

How to get a refund/make a donation:

  1. Click LOGIN on the menu above, and then login to your account.
  2. Click SPRING 2020 REFUND REQUEST, which will appear on the menu above after you have successfully logged in.
  3. Complete the form and click SUBMIT.

We request that you respond by May 31; otherwise we will assume you wish to make a full donation and will accept it with our thanks.
